Yes, all standard studio rentals require a 1-hour minimum booking. This gives independent creators and small production teams enough time to shoot vertical content, headshots, or product photos without feeling rushed.
A deposit is required at booking to secure your reservation. The deposit amount depends on the studio, session length, and any add-ons, so it's confirmed with you individually at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due before or at the start of your session.
Yes, your booking window is the total time you have in the studio, including setup and tear-down. Book enough time to cover prop setup, outfit changes, file transfers, and gear breakdown so you're not rushed at the end of your session.
Bookings can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Full-day bookings require at least 36 hours' notice.
We do not offer cash refunds. Eligible cancellations receive studio credit toward a future booking. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit their payment in full.
Yes, you can book one studio, several studios, or the entire facility at once, subject to availability. This works well for larger productions — for example, running multi-camera video in The Luxe Studio while shooting product close-ups in The Creative Studio. Contact us for custom multi-room or corporate packages.
Yes, if the studio is available after your scheduled end time. Extensions are handled onsite by your studio manager and billed in 30-minute increments at the standard hourly rate.
Every studio booking includes private use of the room, all built-in features and furniture in that space, high-speed Wi-Fi, and hands-on setup support from an onsite studio manager.
You'll receive a confirmation email with your receipt, studio details, parking information, and arrival instructions.
Location, Parking & Logistics
Canvas & Co. Studio is located at 120 E Abram St, Arlington, TX 76010 — about 20 minutes from Fort Worth and 25 minutes from Dallas, making it a convenient, central meeting point for creators and production teams across the DFW metroplex. You can reach us at (682) 437-7011.
Free client parking is available directly behind the studio building, with direct access to our back entrance for easy equipment load-in.
Yes, accessible parking spots are located on the side of the studio building, with step-free access directly into our main entrance.
Plan to arrive about 15 minutes before your scheduled booking time. Your session starts at its scheduled time regardless of arrival, so this buffer gives your team time to park, unload, and complete a quick onboarding with your studio manager before filming begins. Late arrivals do not extend your reservation.
Yes, our rear entrance has flat, step-free access directly from the private back parking lot, making it easy to move in grip cases, rolling stands, or heavy lighting rigs.
Yes, we have a lounge area at the main entrance where early arrivals, guest talent, or stakeholders can wait comfortably while your room is prepped.
Yes, Canvas & Co. Studio is within walking distance of several coffee shops, restaurants, and breweries in Downtown Arlington. Ask your studio manager for local recommendations.
Gear, Tech & Production Support

No. Every booking includes onboarding support from our team — your studio manager sets up background lighting, checks microphone levels, and confirms camera framing before you start, so you can walk in and begin filming.
Yes. Our rooms come with equipment included, but you're welcome to bring your own camera bodies, lenses, softboxes, or tracking rigs. Please confirm any specialized gear with us beforehand so we can rule out fire-safety or space conflicts.
Basic equipment for each room is listed on that studio's individual page. Additional equipment and production support are available as paid add-ons.
Yes. Every studio has enterprise-grade, high-bandwidth Wi-Fi suitable for continuous HD live streaming or patching in remote guests via Riverside, Zoom, or Skype without dropped frames.
Yes. We have a range of professional paper backdrops. Using a background color that's already set up (swept down to the floor) is free.
You'll receive a private download link to your raw video and audio files within 48 hours of wrapping your session.
Video is delivered as high-bitrate 4K MP4 or MOV files. Standalone vocal recordings are delivered as uncompressed 24-bit WAV files, ready for any modern digital audio workstation.
Yes. Let your studio manager know during your walkthrough, and we'll set up cameras to shoot natively in 9:16 vertical format for TikTok, Reels, or Shorts.
Space Policies & Content Creation
Yes. Our rooms are designed to be rearranged — chairs, plants, and side tables can be moved to create a different look. Please check in with your studio manager to help move heavier pieces safely and protect the flooring.
Our studios are not fully soundproof, but they're treated with acoustic panels and soundproofing that significantly reduce outside noise and echo, keeping dialogue clean for most recording needs.
Yes. We provide a private changing area with a lit vanity station for outfit changes and makeup touch-ups during longer sessions.
Capacity depends on the room. The Luxe and Loft Studios comfortably fit 6–8 people. Studio Focus is built as a smaller, one-on-one workspace, with capacity assessed case-by-case based on group size and equipment. Contact us in advance if you're expecting a larger crew or guest list.
Canvas & Co. Studio is set up primarily for closed production, not live audiences. If your project needs an audience or workshop-style layout, email our team before booking so we can assess space capacity.
Standard props and temporary decorations are welcome. Nails, screws, glitter, confetti, smoke effects, and open flames are not allowed without prior approval. Excessive cleanup or damage may result in additional fees.
Yes. Light snacks and beverages are welcome. Please keep food and drinks away from production equipment.
Please leave the studio as you found it. Excessive cleanup or damages may result in additional fees.
Yes, well-behaved, house-trained pets are welcome if they're part of your creative concept. Please keep pets leashed or crated when moving through shared hallways or outside active shooting blocks.
